This pet is a reward for a quest found within the new Zul’Gurub quest chain in Patch 4.1. Players can pick up a breadcrumb quest in Stormwind or Orgrimmar (from the warboard) which will lead them to Stranglethorn Vale. After completing the quest chain up to Bury Me With Me Boots, players will unlock the quest to receive the cub
4. Winterspring Cub
This pet is sold by <Pet Collector> vendor Michelle De Rum, an NPC tribute to Drrum, a long-time WoW pet collector and the creator of a gorgeous gallery of companion pets and mounts.The vendor can be found inside Everlook’s inn in Winterspring.

This pet is chosen among four vanity pets as a reward after completing a chain of Children’s Week quests.
6. Lashtail Hatchling
This raptor companion is available upon defeating Bloodlord Mandokir in the new five-man heroic Zul’gurub dungeon. Players who have completed the level 20+ Lashtail Hatchling quest chain will find a captured Lashtail Hatchling in the instance, which they can save, and conclude this raptor’s storyline.
7. Pterrordax Hatchling
This companion is a rare tier Fossil archaeology item. It is created by discovering and “solving” 120 fossil fragments.
8. Voodoo Figurine
This companion is a rare tier Troll archaeology item. It is created by discovering and “solving” 100 Troll Archaeology Fragments.
9. Guardian Cub
This might be available at the Blizzard Store in the future
10. Legs
This pet is chosen among four vanity pets as a reward after completing a chain of Children’s Week quests that begin in Outland.
